HENDERSON, Olive passed peacefully at the age of 96 at Golden Plough Lodge on January 12th, 2023 with her husband by her side. Beloved wife to Trueman for 74 years. Much loved mom to William, Brenda (Nelson), David (Eleanor), and Doug (Brenda) and the late Robert and Ronald. Cherished grandmother aka “G” to Shawna, David (Kass), Chris (Ella), Jessica (Kevin), Jennifer (Steven), Michelle (Nick), Robyn (Andre) and Scott (Alicia). Great-grandmother to Kennedy, Spencer, Izzabella, Everley, Maximus, Kayden, Julia, Damien, Ryan, Maddison, Wyatt, Henley, Sadie, Noah, Charlie, and Makar. Olive will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all of her friends and family. Visitation and service will be held at NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME on Wednesday January 18th Visitation will take place from 10:00 am until the time of service at 11:00 am. Spring interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery (Newtonville). If so desired memorial donations may be made to the R.S. McLaughlin Cancer Centre.
