Jacquie Kalar

My deepest sympathies to Jo’s family. Todd & Jo were friends of my parents, Johnny & Florence Kalar. I have a memory of a Grey Cup party at our house with your family and the Atkinson’s. Hope good memories like that will carry you all through this difficult time. Sincerely, Jacquie Kalar

Jo was a wonderful, loving, giving woman who made us all feel special. Her love of life and the love she had for her family was unfailing. She will be missed terribly. Thinking of Tod, Tim, Ted and all the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

I have the fondest memories of Jo, who guided me through my first 8 years of my career with the school board....the beautiful sweaters she knit for my kids, taking care of me at work like a mother hen! My husband curled against her just a couple of years ago (and lost, I believe!). Sending condolences to her family, of whom she always spoke so proudly! Memories of her should be cherished, I know mine will xo
