Passed away on September 24, 2014 at the age of 78. Predeceased by her husband Klaus Zulauf. Mother of Gary (Holi), Peggy, Stephen (Bonita) and Karen (David). Oma of Jaxon, Jillian, Aliyah and Noah. Irmgard and Klaus were the proud owners of Country Boy Restaurant. They put their heart and soul into running this local business for 25+ years in Newcastle. Owning Country Boy allowed Irmgard and Klaus the opportunity to meet many fantastic people and gain many friendships throughout their life. Customers would travel far just to have their famous “Chicken and Wedge fries”. Irmgard cared for customers as if they were her own family. The Zulauf family would like to thank everyone for the many years of patronage. A memorial visitation will be held at NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St S, on Thursday, October 2, 2014 from 7pm to 9pm.
