ZUFELT, Charles Frederick (member of the Masonic Lodge; retired 35-year employee of Canada Packers) peacefully at Fosterbrooke Long Term Care Facility, Newcastle, on Friday, December 24, 2010, in his 84th year. Charlie, beloved husband for 60 years of Joyce of Wilmot Creek. Dear father of Brian and his wife Barbara of Barrie, Bill and his wife Kim of Newmarket, and Scott and his wife Maria of Toronto. Grandfather of Erik (Stephanie), Ryan (Kara), Victoria; Brett, Aaron, Kurtis, Iain; Stephanie (Louis), and Samantha (Dillon). Survived by his brother Ronald of Cache Bay, Ont. A memorial service will take place at the NEWCASTLE FUNERAL HOME, 386 Mill St. S., Newcastle (just north of 401 at the lights) on Thursday, December 30, at 11:00 a.m., with visiting for one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bowmanville Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
